Returns and cancellations

Please contact our Customer Services team on 0113 2177 141, or  contact us  if you need to cancel/amend your order prior to dispatch or to return your purchase 

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or it is no longer wanted, we can only accept the return if the item or items to us in perfect, unopened, re-saleable condition.

We will consider the return of most products within 30 days of receipt of the products. If more than 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, Gift Cards, Collectibles, Trading Cards and Downloadable Software Products, .

We have two Classifications of return ‘Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect’ and ‘Unwanted

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.

Unwanted

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or it is no longer wanted, we can only accept the return if the item or items to us in perfect, unopened, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Goods that include CD/DVD or software must be returned with the software unopened.

If your return falls into this category we will not refund the original or return postage costs.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt.

A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet check your bank account or credit card again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item please contact us and return your item to: Unit 1 Buslingthorpe Green Leeds GB LS7 2HG. Once we receive your return we will dispatch the replacement item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if due to cancellation or change of mind.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
